India has been education destination for world for most of history. Since ancient times people (at least from Asia Minor, China and southeast Asia) have been coming to India for materialistic and spiritual enlightenment. But after 12th century with series of invasion of the sub-continent the advancement in science, art (non-literary) and spirituality slowly started dying. Architecture, however, bloomed with literature from culture from sporadic mixing of Persian people, people of great talent and valor. Today, in India, as we are emerging and want to emerge faster, we need to expand working force more rapidly.

With a large young population and extensive research base the need seems to be the working class which has tremendous diversity in skills attained.
